Axia is seeking a Property Manager to manager a portfolio of predominantly commercial properties and it is probably our best/flagship portfolio.

This diverse role will involve day-to-day liaising both to clients and tenants, co-ordinating with facility management, annual and quarterly budgeting, financial management, in addition to other exciting and challenging tasks.
The preferred candidate would ideally bring with them:
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Exceptional attention to detail, and an analytical approach to problem solving
- Outstanding time management
- Hold a current WA Drivers License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Polished verbal and written communication skills
The underlying requirements of the role will include, but are not limited to;
- Create and maintain relationships with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors
- Rent Collection
- Monthly reporting to Owners and Directors
- Co-ordinating with Facility Management
- Preparation of management reports
- Quality assurance/Risk Management
- Process and respond to queries in a timely manner
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to provide administrative support at a high level
- Exceptional computer literacy, including word, excel and strong formatting skills
- Professional presentation, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with clients, visitors, staff members and co-workers.
Whilst Commercial property experience is desirable, it is not essential. You could be an experienced Assistant PM looking for a step up or a residential PM looking for a change or career reset.
