Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Organic Growth of property management
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Listing and leasing of residential and some commercial properties
- Conducting Property Inspections
- Communicating with vendors and purchasers, developers and or leases and lessors
- Work closely with Sales Agents & Property management team
