In this role, you'll:
Work within our South Area Team within the Service Delivery Branch of NSW TrainLink, with a focus on leading a small to medium sized team and the service delivery and performance for Albury station and the on-board crew operations.
This role will see you developing a team culture that is strong and resilient within the depot as well recruiting, mentoring, coaching and identifying upskilling opportunities for staff that enables successful performance outcomes for the area.
You will lead and develop the onboard crew at Albury depot as well as attend some journeys for the network to evaluate and assess the performance of the crew. This will also assist with identifying training requirements to further develop the capabilities of staff as well as making sure staff are adequately skilled for the tasks, they are responsible for.

About you
Your demonstrated experience will be within a customer service focused operations organisation, ideally within a large complex environment. This will include experience in behavioural management of a small to medium sized team.
Your recognised for your ability to build relationships with a team as well as being able to manage up in terms of stakeholder engagement. You also have knowledge of relevant awards and rostering procedures including fatigue management systems and possess planning, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
This is an Award RC6 Permanent Full-Time role based onsite at Albury depot and will require that you hold and maintain a current NSW Drivers Licence.
