Internal process and departments alignment check
Business plans and priority evaluation
Real estate agency management
Site technical inspections and evaluation
Suppliers/Partners tenders and management
Design check store by store together with the Amplifon Store designer specialist using architectural software
Implementation's costs evaluation, monitoring and reporting
Work site management
Store efficiency evaluation based on the business KPI's
Store network maintenance: act as the point of reference for the sales force to maintain the existing POS both for the architectural issues, the visual merchandising deploy as well as the rent renewal negotiation (through the real estate agency)
Network Management
Oversee planning and execution for new store, store relocation, and store closure projects in line with the Australia, APAC, and corporate business strategies.
Oversee the planning and execution of lease renewals in line with the business strategies and commercial frameworks.
Overseeing the facilities management ticket system and application with external FM partners to ensure tickets are allocated, managed, and closed off in timely manner based upon timeliness and quality of work outcomes.
OPEX and CAPEX budget development, management, control and reporting.
Key stakeholder and partner management and engagement
Approval of monthly rent roll payment
Reporting
Provide the local and corporate teams with plans, data, costs, pictures, reports and crucial insights on concept and visual merchandising implementation, to feed strategies development and decisional processes
Provide the local and corporate teams with plans, data, costs, reports and crucial insights on on Amplifon network performance, development and management with relation to new store development, lease renewals, and facilities management
Corporate Engagement
Proactively engage with Corporate team to keep alignment on the store concept update, suggest evolutions, communicate crucial local insights and actively participate to the global store community
Meeting assigned KPI's
Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Manager
About You
Background in Architecture, Engineering or Interior Design
Excellent construction knowledge and site inspection experience
Strong exposure and experience in project management
Retail property leasing and management
Team management and leadership
High proficiency using MS Office Suite
Posses a good command of Autocad (or equivalent software)
Demonstrated understanding of project management, process management, service delivery and PM software
