Property Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team. As the Property Manager you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent service for your clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties all within close proximity to the office. 
• Act as the main point of contact for renters and rental providers, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property inspections, including Entry/Exit reports and routine inspections. 
• Coordinate maintenance, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Advertise and market vacant properties to attract prospective renters.
• Screen and select renters, including conducting background checks and verifying references.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with rental policies and regulations.
• Collect rent payments and manage financial transactions related to the properties.
• Stay updated on rental market trends and advise property owners on pricing and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in property management software Property Me, IRE.
• Must have Agents Representative Certificate.
