Owners Corporation Manager

My client is a well-respected OC management firm who provide FM and Strata services who are on the lookout for an Owners Corporation Manager to come onboard and manage a portfolio of their Highrise boutique properties. 

The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of approx. 1400 lots 
• Present a solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to OC management. 
• Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, Contractors and Owners. 
• Obtain quotes from contractors and can relay and communicate technical with Owners Corporations.
• Administration, data entry and document preparation, management reports

You:

• Previous experience in an OC role (3-5 years)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act

 Salary $90,000 to $120,000 + super depending on experience   
Work from home 1 day per week
