The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of approx. 1400 lots
- Present a solid understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to OC management.
- Communicating daily with several Owners Corporations, Contractors and Owners.
- Obtain quotes from contractors and can relay and communicate technical with Owners Corporations.
- Administration, data entry and document preparation, management reports
- Previous experience in an OC role (3-5 years)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act
Work from home 1 day per week
