Assignment

• Monday to Friday - No Weekends
• 9:00am - 5:00pm
• NEAT and TIDY Portfolio management of 170 properties 
• Routine inspections 
• Entry / Exit Condition reports 
• Maintenance
• Day to Day managing of the portfolio

Dates: Immediately - 18th November 2022

Skills/Experience

• Agent's Representative Certificate 
• Driven and motivated - a can-do attitude 
• Well-presented & professional 
• A driver's license is essential
