About The Role
- Portfolio with administration and leasing support
- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
- Open for inspections and private appointments
- Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
- Managing authorities and lase documentation
- Negotiation skills

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years or more experience managing a portfolio
- A team player who would enjoy working with a friendly team
- Agents Representative Certificate, Victorian Drivers License and reliable car
- Positive attitude
