Elders Delaney Livestock and Property are a well-established Livestock and Real Estate Sales, Property Management and Clearance Sales company operating throughout Melbourne, the Yarra Valley and Gippsland regions.
This role is available in Elders Delaney's Lilydale Office.
About your new role
This is a varied role, however some of the key areas are –
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Varied and ad hoc administrative duties
- Reception and Office Duties including answering telephone and greeting clients
- Property management & sales administration support
- Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database.
This is an entry level role, and experience is not necessary, instead, my client is looking for applicants who have a history of exceptional organisational and customer service skills, a great ability and desire to learn, and is efficient with an eye for detail. Above all else this person will be friendly and have excellent communication skills.
Remuneration will be in recognition of experience, skills and the like, please bear in mind that this is essentially an entry level position.
About You
- You are super organised, can prioritise and have an eye for detail.
- You love providing excellent customer service.
- You bring excellent (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills and you communicate clearly.
- You are a positive and proactive team member, who can be trusted to be left to your own devices and work autonomously.
- You are comfortable around technology and have strong computer skills.
- You have intermediate experience with various office computer packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc and you know your way around Facebook and Instagram.
