Property Manager - Northern Suburbs

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with Saturdays as 1 in 5 with time in lieu
Systems: PropertyMe Cloud based modern system!
Salary: $85,000/Annum + Superannuation
Responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties!
• Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Condition reports / routine inspections
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's
