THE POSITION
As a result of exceptional growth, we’re looking for our next Real Estate superstar to join our Property Management team.
This role will suit individuals who have an interest in Real Estate, are highly detailed with exceptional customer service skills, are a great communicator, enthusiastic and eager to team up with a high performing team to help manage the continuously growing portfolio of properties.
You’ll be located within a stunning modern office in Ashford, with a dedicated and supportive team environment, and an abundance of opportunity for growth within the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
- Holding open inspections and private viewings
- Leasing of properties including tenant selection and handover
- Manage the ingoing/outgoing and routine inspection process
- Communicating with tenants and owners
- Managing and negotiating of lease renewals
- Day-to-day management including co-ordination of maintenance and rent arrears
- Any other tasks as required to assist in the smooth running of the office

Some experience within a similar role will is preferred, a condition of this role is to have a current Driver’s License. Generous package including phone and car allowance on offer for the right candidate.
