In this role you will be required to:- Lead daily operations and manage a team of up to 10 employees.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the well-being of all pets in the business's care.
- Generating staff rosters, overseeing training and development, hiring, and performance management of the team.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all staff and pets.
- Address inquiries and resolving any concerns from pet owners.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a management role, with openness to candidates from various industries including Hospitality and Retail.
- Ability to uphold administrative expectations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in caring for animals and a commitment to their welfare.
Benefits:
- A highly competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000 + super + bonuses.
- Yearly expected earnings of $100,000 + super, depending on experience and performance targets.
- Autonomy to schedule your own rostered hours Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm.
