The Company:

Due to organic growth, this well renowned agency is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team. They manage local and manageable sized portfolios and offer extensive support and ongoing training for all their team. Their goal is to continue delivering exceptional customer service to their clients as they continue to grow.

The Role:

• Manage a very well-maintained portfolio of approximately 100 properties with no leasing! 
• Take home car
• Monday - Friday only! No weekends! 
• No trust Accounting

 Skills and Experience:

• Valid QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate is required
• Previous Property Manager experience
• Enthusiasm for personalised customer service
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a professional demeanour and be immaculately presented
• A career-minded work ethic
