Address We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our Place Albany Creek team! Opening its doors in 2020, the team has more than a decade of combined experience specialising in Brisbane’s ever growing north-eastern corridor.
Our ideal candidate will be an engaging communicator with strong time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this role and helps make a positive difference to our clientele. Ideally you will have experience successfully managing a large portfolio of properties and exposure to collaborating with external vendors. The role also comes with the opportunity to train and upskill team members within our PM department.

Responsibilities:
- Continuing to nurture and boost existing client relationships
- End to end portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears
- Actioning maintenance and repairs
- Conduct periodic property inspections
- List properties for lease and asses applications when required
- Manage QCAT claims and attend hearings when required
- Provide training and mentoring within the team
- Participate in all training and development opportunities
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence
- Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
- Engaging presentation and communication skills
- Have a can-do attitude and ability to problem solve under pressure
- A client centric mindset
