Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Onsite Property Manager/Caretaker (preferably Couple) to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall office role, property management, maintenance, and security of our property.
PROPERTY MANAGER ROLE:Our successful applicant will be highly motivated and have the necessary skills to effectively manage all the day-to-day tasks of our owners, holiday and permanent rentals.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally - current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Proven experience in a similar role
- All matters concerning reporting and management of body corporate and body corporate management committee
- Confident, professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously
- A strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- A positive can-do attitude and proactive task management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAINTENANCE:
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Perform routine cleaning duties in common areas, including but not limited to, stairwells, hallways, and recreational spaces.
- Coordinate and oversee landscaping and gardening services with contractor to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Address minor repairs and maintenance tasks promptly or liaise with external contractors when necessary.
- Monitor security systems and address any security concerns promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with excellent communication and people skills.
QUALIFICATIONS IF APPLYING FOR BOTH ROLES :
Previous experience in property management, caretaking are essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with external contractors.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal candidates will be a couple with strong communication skills.
- Must reside onsite in the provided manager's unit.
- Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend duties.
