The Role
You will be responsible for the profitable, safe and efficient operation, financial, capital management of a commercial portfolio whilst setting key asset strategy. There will be focus on maximizing a property's return on investment and accurate reporting on all key metrics to stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing major lease transactions & setting lease parameters for renewals/leases.
- Oversight and control of the outsourced property management functions.
- Provide senior tenant interface to major tenant relationships.
- Manage leasing agents, property managers, deployment of capital expenditure plans.
- Develop the life cycle of assets - Integrating long term strategies with short term delivery.
- Ensure life cycle and ESG strategies are aligned.
Skills and Experience
This opportunity would suit a candidate that holds ideally 6+ years’ experience in asset management with experience in driving ESG initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of process improvement and be solution focused as well as looking to join a high performing and at times, fast paced team.
