We are currently seeking someone who is wanting to begin a career in Property Management. The role requires you to be self-motivated, confident, well presented, well spoken and a willingness to learn whilst being guided by our Head of Property Management.
We are a family owned and operated business, servicing all of South East QLD and have been professionally managing residential properties for our clients for over 28 years.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside our Head of Department where you will assist in the following duties:
- Foster relationships with both existing and new tenants/landlords
- Arrears Management
- Co-Ordinating Maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with legislation in all areas
- Routine Inspections
- Exit/Entries
- Completing Audit reports
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Exceptional administrative and customer service skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- A caring and “can do” attitude
- A friendly and approachable nature
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to work to deadlines
You will be required to have the following:
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration
- Current drivers license
