Located in South-East Melbourne, this premium office has a strong and stable team of PROPERTY MANAGERs and they are looking for their next addition to join this award- winning agency! You will manage a portfolio of 160-180 properties with leasing & admin support, that's right NO open homes or ingoing reports! Monday to Friday, NO SATURDAYS! Yes, you have the weekend to yourself. SWITCH OFF! 
 
You must have at least 2-3 years experience managing a portfolio and familiarity with the residential tenancy act. Our client provides on-going training to keep you motivated and up to date with any questions you may have that can help with day to day operations of being a Property Manager.

• Min 2-3 years industry experience
• VIC Agents Representative Certificate
• Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
