The Role:
As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. The portfolio you will be given has been managed by a top agent and is a valued portfolio of the companies.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Conducting regular property inspections and delivering comprehensive reports
- Efficiently managing repairs and maintenance
- Financial management, covering rents, leases, outgoings, and arrears
- Coordinating insurance and Essential Safety Measures
- Maintaining strong, productive relationships with landlords and tenants
You should possess a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience working across office buildings.
You experiences will include but not limited to:
- Exceptional organisational skills and adeptness in prioritisation
- A proactive approach to thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
- An unwavering commitment to precision and detail
- Timely and high-quality task execution
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Prior work experience in commercial

- Agent's Representative Qualification or Licensed Estate Agent accreditation
