Property Manager | Coogee Area

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join this boutique office and support an award-winning team!

The Role:
Working alongside a fantastic Property Management division, we are looking for a talented individual who understands how to follow streamlined processes. Monday – Friday, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a pristine, locally-based portfolio 
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and inquiries
• Attending to any repairs and maintenance
• Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Arrears Control
• NO accounts and NO leasing

The Candidate: 

• Previous Real Estate experience + a current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
• High level of professionalism
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Positive, can-do attitude
