About: The company boasts a newly renovated office and is on the lookout for a passionate Property Manager to oversee a CLEAN portfolio of 140-150 properties, conveniently located near the office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of property management for a portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
- Conducting property inspections, overseeing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring timely rent collection.
- Fostering positive tenant and landlord relationships, handling complaints and disputes effectively.
- Conducting regular rent reviews and negotiating lease renewals.
- Maintaining accurate records of all property management activities.
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Attention to detail and a valid driver's license.
Salary and Benefits: The company offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000, with potential pay rises based on performance. While primarily an in-office position, the company is open to discussing 1-2 days of remote work for the right candidate. Additionally, a rotating Saturday schedule is in place, with provided time off in lieu for any Saturday worked.
