Property Manager

Harcourts West Coast are looking for the right person to join their busy and growing Property Management Team. 

Experience in Property Management is not essential, but highly desired. We are looking for someone with the below skills: 

• Experience in an office/administration position
• Positive attitude, with neat and professional appearance
• Competent ability to use technology such as Microsoft Office, Ipads, online programs
• Good attention to detail for data entry and processing reports
• Clear and efficient verbal communication skills for answering phone calls and walk in enquiries, along with sound written communication skills in relation to a high volume of email communication
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy work load while being a part of a team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Willingness to learn about the Real Estate Industry and undertake relevant training
• Current Driver's License ESSENTIAL
