We have an opportunity for an energetic & experienced Property Manager who is a team player, with a passion for real estate to join this growing, high end agency in the Concord/ Rhodes area.They are seeking an experienced Property Manager or property officer who is ready to step up and manage a clean portfolio. This is the sort of place you want to work for and grow your career. Managing a clean portfolio of 180 managements, with a supportive team.
THE ROLE –
- Portfolio up to 180 managements, mostly made up of modern units
- Property Tree experience ideal but not required
- All landlord and tenant communications
- Rental arrears & repairs & maintenance
- All inspections – routines, Ingoings & Outgoings
- Open homes, marketing
- Monday – Saturday with a day in lieu
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE –
- MUST HAVE current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence & Drivers licence
- MUST be MANDARIN or CANTONESE Speaking
- MUST HAVE property management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of real estate legislation
- Strong organisational abilities with a high attention to detail, strong initiative
- A customer -focused approach, genuine desire to exceed expectations
- Enthusiastic, punctual and reliable
- Property Tree experience ideal but not required
