This Sales Associate / Sales PA role is an exciting opportunity to join a privately owned Real Estate agency, who have been successfully operating in Brisbane and Sydney since 2009!
  
This chance exists for a dynamic & enthusiastic sales agent with ideally some existing Real Estate experience to join us.

You will team up with an experienced Sales Director who has been a key agent in the success of the company and heading up the expansion of the Sydney office capitalising on growth opportunities. He will train you to be the best of the best.

Hours are typically 9:30am to 5:30pm, with 1 hour lunch, 5 days per week.
 
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Attend property appraisals 
• Attend weekly open for inspections & auctions 
• Prospecting / following up leads / cold calls / emails 
• Marketing and listing properties (residential high end 2M+ homes and apartments mostly)
• Administration and sales contracts (with training)
• Partnering & learning from an experienced senior sales agent

Selling City and City fringe properties 1-5M range (including houses and apartments), you will be joining successful Real Estate leaders with strong roots and access to industry leading training whilst dealing in a high end property market!

WHATS ON OFFER

• Base Salary $60,000 - $65,000 + Super + Generous Comms 20-25%
• OTE $110,000 first year (On Target Earnings, with Comms)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- NSW Real Estate Certificate (Sales)
- Real Estate sales experience (ideally at least 6 months) 
- Well presented, energetic & great communication skills (verbal & written)
