About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio located in the southern suburbs with admin & account support, and hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.
The Duties
- Overseeing a small team
- Listing & advertisement of properties
- Open inspections & private viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
- PCRs and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management
- Previous PM experience is essential
- Experience in Property Me - advantageous
- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy regular staff events / awards
