We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to join Penola Catholic College and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As the Property Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support, advice and project management for the planning, design, construction and continuous development of our College. The Property Manager will maintain a high standard of presentation and functionality of our College, including buildings, grounds and landscaping to ensure a sustainable and safe learning environment for our community.
A College vehicle will be provided.
This is a full time fixed term position from 1 July to end of November 2024.
About You
To be successful you will have previous experience in master planning, capital works and refurbishment projects in addition to the capability to plan, prioritise and implement a program of preventative maintenance for our existing grounds and infrastructure. As a seasoned Property Manager, you will be able to source, manage and oversee a variety of contractors/tradespeople to ensure works are carried out with the highest possible consideration for the safety of our staff and students.
You must have a valid Working With Children Check and National Police Records Check. You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

About Penola Catholic College
Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. College campuses are situated in Glenroy, which caters for years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows that features years 9 to 12 and a total college enrolment of approximately 1,500 students.
