Are you an experienced Property Manager with a passion for good communication and long-term client relationships?

We are currently seeking a driven individual to join our boutique team in Ardross and look after a well-established residential property portfolio.

Each day you will have direct access to the licensee, who has 20 years of hands-on experience in property management, for support and guidance, as well as a friendly team of colleagues. So, if you are process-focused, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, we would love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, end to end – excluding Property Condition Reports
• Conduct routine inspections, final inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
• Advertise available properties for rent; including conducting viewings, processing rental applications, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
• Carry out rent reviews, lease renewal negotiations and preparing relevant documentation
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with property owners and tenants
• Diary and calendar management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Current Property Management Registration 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Proficient in Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
