The Role:
- Office is based in Alex Hills area region. Parking onsite at the office
- Manage a tidy portfolio of 150 properties, all centrally locally to the office
- Loads of support - no leasing or routines & no trust accounting!
- Entry and exit condition reports
- Arrears management
- Handling maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradespeople
- Relationship building
- Fully supported role. Leasing / Admin support as well as routines support. Focus on relationship building
- Laid-back, collaborative team culture
- Progression on offer and open door policy with principal
- Excellent processes and systems in place already
- Monday to Friday role
- Above market salary - $75,000 + Super + Fortnightly Car Allowance
- 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Must have a current QLD Certificate of Registration and Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- End to End Portfolio Management experience
