Our thriving property management team is seeking individuals who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn. While experience is preferred, it's not essential. No weekend work
Your duties will include:
- Provide an exceptional customer focus towards both prospective and existing owners and tenants;
- Provide support to the Property Manager(s) in a range of functions associated with leasing and maintaining properties;
- Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc;
- Handling prospective tenant enquiries;
- Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements;
- Conducting ingoing inspections;
- To maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards;
- Diary management; and
- General administration
- Conduct open inspections with prospective tenants
To succeed in this role you'll have:
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High levels of professionalism;
- Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
- A real estate license, or registration certificate (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
- Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of software platforms;
- A valid drivers license; and
- A reliable motor vehicle
