Our client is looking for an ambitious Property Officer to join their team. They have created a culture around being more than just a Real Estate - making it a necessity for all employees to feel motivated in their role. Mentoring and support is something that will not be looked upon lightly and is something that is looked at with great significance with this team.The role:
- Assist the senior property manager with repairs and maintenance
- Carry out open homes for rental properties
- Process tenancy applications
- Reference checking applicants
- Conduct property inspections - ingoing's and routines
- Maintain database records
- Must hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Have previous leasing or Property Officer experience
- Current drivers License and own car
- Be able to communicate effectively with tenants, landlords and trades people.
- Hold great organisation and time management skills
- Have a passion for customer service
- Up to $75K
- Full day off in lieu
- Highly desirable boutique
