YOU WILL HAVE 1 ON 1 TRAINING PROVIDED!
The Role:
Daily, you will be responsibilities will include:
- Open home inspections
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI's
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Over 12 months experience in real estate
- Own car and Drivers license
- Needs to be very diligent and proactive
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Must have good energy & eager to succeed in Real Estate
- Paying up to $70k + lucrative comms dependent on candidates experience
