We are seeking an organized, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to handle conflicts with maturity. Holding a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and NSW Driver's License is essential. Moreover, a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative spirit are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for:
Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
Collaborating with the leasing team to onboard new tenancies
Arranging of lease sign ups and lease renewals
Repair & Maintenance management
Collaborate with admin team for rent review & arrears management
Providing support to the Senior Property Manager as required
