We are currently seeking a committed and loyal Customer Service individual to join the business based at Eastern Creek, in office.
Full time 12 Month contract, view to permanent - Salary based on experience.
About the role:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers
- Taking, quoting and processing orders, ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer
- General administration
- Supporting and liaising with sales, Customer Service & warehouse teams to achieve business objectives
- Attend meetings and training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
- Delivering on weekly and monthly KPI’s
- Building relationships with customers
- Updating databases
About you:
- An exceptional attitude to Customer Service in an office environment
- At least 1 year exp in similar role
- Great computer skills, and ERP - SAP
- Good time management and results driven
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and support other facets of the business
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised and self-motivated individual
- A sense of ownership, attention to detail
- Continuous improvement and exceptional commitment to Quality
- A problem-solving aptitude
