They are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Property Officer/Leasing Agent.
As a Property Officer/Leasing Agent you will be responsible for assisting the Property Management team with the required day-to-day tasks. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the PM's with admin; lease renewals, rent increases, ingoing Reports
- Conducting routine Inspections
- Assisting Leasing with overflow of open homes (to include Saturday work when required)
- Applications; screening tenants, bonds, lease Agreements
- NSW Real Estate License or Certificate and reliable car
- Previous experience in Real Estate/Property Management preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- A can do attitude
- Work within a #1 team
- Salary $65k-$75k + Comms (experience depending)
