Residential Property Officer

As the Property Officer your key duties and responsibilities will include:   

• Schedule appointments and inspections
• Assist with lease renewals
• Inbox email management
• Assist with routine inspections
• Assist with ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Prepare accurate reports with photographs
• Processing applications
• Communicating with possible tenants
• Organise keys handovers
• Promptly respond to enquiries 
• Liaise with the Property Managers to approve applications
• Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
• Arrange for sign to be erected and removed
• Send Approval and bond instructions to tenants

The Candidate

• Previous Real Estate experience
• Must have a Driving License & Car
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration is a MUST
• Impeccable Presentation
• Responsible & Reliable
• Punctual and good with time management
• Work well under pressure
