About the role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential Property Portfolio.
Core Responsibilities include:
- Leasing and tenancy management
- Maintenance coordination
- Market analysis and pricing
- Primary contact for your landlords and tenants
- Bond and tribunal matters

Must have requirements include:
- A current driver’s license
- A current Property Managers license or are currently acquiring your license
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service based role.
