The position will involve working closely with other team members; however, the successful applicant will be solely responsible for the management and well-being of their designated portfolio. The primary role is actively managing properties by conducting inspections and reporting to the landlord and tenant.
Proficiency in assessment and recording, strong face-to-face and over-the-phone communication skills, problem-solving, and the ability to efficiently manage a schedule and prioritise deadlines are required. A successful property manager must be organised and motivated to achieve excellent results.
We are looking for our new team member to be well-presented, show initiative, be passionate in their work, have self-confidence and possess integrity in their conduct.
This position does require a Property Manager's Licence, which we will support the successful applicant with study and licence applications that can be completed while working as a trainee licensee.
