SalaryA full-time position has become available for an Property Portfolio Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills.

You will be well presented, organised & have impeccable communication skills, you must take initiative & have a pro-active attitude towards your work. You will manage 115 properties and manage these exceptionally with an assistant.
You will need to have:-
Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Minimum 2 years Property Management experience
- Qualification as a Property Representative
- A current driver’s licence and police check are required
- A positive attitude
- High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn specific systems
- Exceptional Mac skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and will take initiative to work within a team
- PropertyMe software
- No trust accounting
