Qualifications & experience
- Current and valid Property Representative Licence (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deal with several matters and work to strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Current Drivers Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Regular property inspections, to ensure investment performance is maintained.
- Implementing and maintain orderly leasing admin procedures
- Regular liaison with owners and tenants, ensuring expectations are being achieved
- Building strong rapport with all clients, other Property Managers and staff to ensure our strong culture is maintained
- Management of the Portfolio including rent/arrears and maintenance
