Southlander Group is a family-owned company with interests in tourism and hospitality, residential and commercial property as well as agriculture. Southlander Group is seeking a Residential Property Manager for a private portfolio of 45 residential rental properties, all of which are located in the greater Hobart area, primarily Sandy Bay to New Town. The role would be part-time, with flexible days and hours and a vehicle included. Working from home is available.
Qualifications & experience
- Current drivers license (car included)
- Minimum 3 years experience in property management
- Knowledge of tenancy regulations and practices
- PropertyMe experience an advantage
- Property agent licence (Property Manager)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Residential lease management (private portfolio of 45 properties)
- Coordinate property maintenance with the existing maintenance team and other trade contractors
- Conduct routine, entry and vacate inspections
