About the role
We are on the lookout for an intelligent, driven, and personable individual to fill the role of Portfolio Strategist.
In this role, you will be designing and presenting tailored Property Portfolios to new clients at the beginning of their journey with us, setting the stage for their future success with property investment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and updating portfolio plans over the lifecycle of the client with the business.
This role will involve but is not limited to:
- Designing customised property investment portfolios using our proprietary tools
- Presenting and explaining portfolio strategies to clients to build confidence and clarity
- Liaising with professional partners to gather necessary information regarding clients
- Working closely with the client success team to ensure smooth transition and understanding
- Continuously updating and refining portfolio strategies based on market changes and client feedback
- Assist with other general company growth activities
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
The Essentials:
- Driven, enthusiastic, intelligent, and personable
- Strong analytical skills with a robust understanding of numbers and financial principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian property market and investment strategies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- MS Office proficiency
- Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- A desire to help grow an exciting and growing company
The Preferred But Not Essentials:
- Work from our new office in North Sydney
- Tertiary degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in financial modelling or investment portfolio design
- Genuine interest in the Australian property market and investment/property investment
- CRM experience
- Personal property investment experience
