Property Sales Administrator

Golden Group is a large successful WA owned and operated Property Developer and requires the services of a Property Sales Administrator.

Tasks and duties including but not limited to:

• Prepare offers ensuring the latest version of the pro-forma contract that is used.
• Forward all offers received to management in a timely manner upon the receipt of prospective lot purchases.
• Provide prompt notification to management of all instructions for contracts issued and ensure all contract deposits are paid directly into the solicitor's trust account (or as may be required under the terms of any contract).
• Ascertain the status of a buyer’s finance pre-approval at the time an offer is received and follow up the status of a buyer’s formal finance approval when settlement is approaching for both titled and untitled lots.
• Manage and administer each contract from the sale to settlement of the lot.
• Comply with management's contract administration and sales processes including the utilisation of management's preferred sales contract administration software and correctly completing all relevant fields.
• Engage in some Sales from time to time.
• Liaise with Builders Representatives.
• Any other duties as requested from time to time.

• Has relevant qualifications and experience in contractual and sales administration role or similar within the property industry.
• The ability to anticipate issues and solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Team player.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a diverse range of tasks.
