Lumitex Ltd, established in 1996, is an energetic company delivering innovative commercial/industrial LED lighting solutions for Australian and global markets and is a Member of the Lighting Council, Australia.
A position has been created for a confident, outgoing person to assist our Team with Internal sales calls, working closely with our sales and marketing team. Primarily, the role requires interaction with lighting industry customers to provide lighting solutions to discerning commercial and industrial customers.
The role is envisaged to be predominantly office based, with occasional site visits.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working with a small team to collaborate on the task of converting leads to orders and ensuring the subsequent delivery of solutions to the client.
• Receiving “price and availability” calls and following these leads through to a sale.
• Taking initiative to help generate new sales and upkeeping the company CRM accordingly.
• Ongoing, systematic interaction with clients by phone, email and in person to deliver “above and beyond” customer service.
This is a diverse role that brings with it the opportunity to be heard in a small team and to see your adopted suggestions for improvement contributing to the success of the company. Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role. However, prior experience in similar roles is essential. For example, you may have prior experience in the electrical industry.
Position details:
• Full time
• Salary $65,000 - $75,000 + 11% SGL (Remuneration dependent on prior experience and skills)

• Free, secure on-site parking
• Current driver’s license & own vehicle are both essential
