We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Internal sales/ store person to support our new branch! This hybrid role involves managing warehouse operations and providing exceptional service to drive sales.
So if you are a mechanically minded person with a drive and willingness to learn our industry than this is the role for you!
What your days look like:
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
- Service Key Accounts autonomously.
- Source product to meet daily customer needs through our vast supply chain.
- Utilise your experience to provide solutions for customers.
- Understand customers' urgency, needs, and identify sales opportunities.
- Pick, pack & despatch customer orders.
- Store products in designated locations, maintain an organised and tidy warehouse.

Who are you?
- Mechanical aptitude with bearing + Iron Ore mining knowledge is desirable.
- Good Customer service/ warehouse skills through proven work history
- Computer literate at an intermediate level.
- Be willing to get roll your sleeves up, be a team player with a can-do attitude.
- Have a great phone manner and a strong service ethic.
- Solution-oriented approach to problems, we love helping customers.
