We are currently seeking Property Services Administration Assistant to provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the Property Services team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort
About the Role:
- Provide reception services by assisting staff, contractors and suppliers
- Assist Property Services Supervisor/Manager with contract and work order correspondence and follow up on work performed
- Process service and maintenance requests
- Contractor sign in and assist in the access control for external stakeholders
- Ensuring that all accounts payable documents and records processed in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements
- General administration support to Property Services department
About You:
- Experience within construction or hospitality industry
- Experience providing senior administrative support in a fast-paced office
- Experience with financial administration
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience with FMI desirable however not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly focused and motivated, bringing a high level of enthusiasm and energy
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and enjoy being challenged daily
- Flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings and on weekends as per our business demands.
