As a Property Services Supervisor at Campus Living Villages, located in Greater Sydney, you will play a crucial role within our Operations department. This Permanent
- Full Time position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about property management and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Property Services within the designated area.
-Ensuring high standards of work and customer service.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure that all maintenance and cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and expenditure.
Main Tasks:
- Supervising and supporting Property Services staff in carrying out their duties effectively.
- Responding promptly to resident requests and complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures across all properties under your supervision.
- Contributing to the development of maintenance schedules and plans for ongoing improvement of property facilities.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to residents.

- Proven experience in property maintenance or facilities management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver's licence
- Relevant trade qualification or certificate in facilities management would be advantageous
