Role Overview:
Contribute to the aesthetic direction of our brand, and manage property styling projects from start to finish, ensuring each project reflects Osborne & Co.'s distinct style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Contribution: Participate in the design process to ensure projects reflect our commitment to luxury and effectiveness in the property market.
- Project Management: Handle the staging of properties end-to-end, including selecting furniture and accessories from our inventory to style/stage properties.
- Physical Involvement: Engage in hands-on tasks such as selecting, packing, and unpacking for Property Styling projects. This role includes installations, pack-ups, cleaning, and tidying the warehouse.
- Digital Documentation: Take photos and video clips of finished projects for inventory records and Social Media.
- Brand Support: Help amplify brand visibility and maintain our prestigious image across various channels.
- Administrative Support: Utilise your proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trello, and CRM systems to help manage projects and maintain client relationships.

About You:
You are an organised, efficient stylist with a flair for high-end design and a professional demeanour suited for client interactions. You must be highly motivated with a can-do attitude, ready to handle the physical aspects of styling work, which are essential but not always glamorous.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Styling, with a focus on preparing homes for sale.
- Exceptional organisational skills and proficiency in project management tools.
- Stellar communication abilities and client engagement skills.
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle.
- A professional appearance and pride in personal presentation.
- Certificate in Interior Design/Decoration - is advantageous.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of installation, packing, and warehouse management.
