About the Role: AirKeeper is seeking anProperty Success to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves ensuring optimal service delivery and maintaining high cleaning and service standards across our portfolio. You will be responsible for driving quality performance from cleaning contractors and maintenance teams, ensuring the best experience for both guests and property owners.

You will be required to inspect properties in Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula, so you must hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable car. AirKeeper will reimburse your petrol expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Oversee the inventory and ordering of essential supplies to maintain adequate stock levels across all properties.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage efficient scheduling for cleaning and maintenance tasks, prioritising timely and high-quality service to maintain property standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular monitoring of service standards, addressing any issues promptly to ensure consistent quality across all properties.
  • Emergency Assistance: Provide immediate on-the-ground support for properties, including during emergencies, to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  • Property Inspections: Carry out detailed inspections of properties, offering comprehensive feedback to improve and maintain high standards.
  • Onboarding Properties: Assist in the onboarding process for new properties, creating detailed reports and cleaning schedules to ensure a successful start.
  • Implementation of New Cleaning Software: Support the integration of new cleaning software, optimising operational efficiency and contractor performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members, contractors, and property owners.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address challenges swiftly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with cleaning standards and property maintenance requirements.
  • Proficiency in technology, including the use of property management software and tools.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
