Our client is seeking an experienced real estate Property Management professional to join their highly regarded, industry leading corporate team as a Property Management Specialist / Business Development Executive.
In this role, you will be working closely with the wider network, supporting and collaborating with Principals and their Property Management teams to assess their business needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

You will be detail and process oriented and have proven experience in facilitating training and development. The Role…
- Achieve increased Property Management business performance and or wealth opportunity;
- Support and monitor our agencies to develop and implement business and action plans;
- Guide and mentor our agencies to understand and identify their business opportunities;
- Build relationships with Property Management teams and assist with their training and development;
- Develop and deliver Property Management training to property managers throughout the network, educating them on our identified strategies and beliefs;
- Monitor the activity of agencies (and their staff) in the adoption of our resources;
- Maintain an awareness of competitive activity and competitor profiles;
- The development of all training resources in line with the networks identified strategies and beliefs;
- Planning and delivery of the state training calendar including driving attendance to events; and
- Report key performance growth indicators as per National Performance Department.
To succeed in this role, you will have..
- Five + years’ experience in real estate Property Management - ideally in a leadership role;
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence;
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is highly desired;
- The ability to deliver business planning and coaching;
- Experience in facilitating training and development;
- The ability to deliver a positive customer service experience;
- A proven record of driving effective change with accountability and critical conversations;
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines;
- Demonstrated success in developing a team culture;
- High level personal presentation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Effective relationship management skills;
- The ability to deliver on challenging targets, goals and objectives;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- An energetic and positive attitude;
- Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;
- Possess a strong work ethic;
- High level problem solving skills;
- Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- A willingness to learn; and
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
