About the role
- Initial 12 month contract
- Reporting into the Proposals Manager
- Contribute to the clients’ proposals, marketing and communications, and strategy efforts across the APAC region
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, development, and execution process of proposal activities
- Organising and participating in proposal development and review meetings
- Assisting Strategy & Growth initiatives with market research as required in support of proposal strategy development
- Assisting in all functions relating to Pre-Contracts activities
- Ensure branding and written compliance of tender response and final preparation of tender submissions
- Formatting, editing and proof reading of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Proposal submissions
- Responsible for the upload and accuracy of pursuits through the CRM system
- Oversee the development and coordination of the proposals library and database
Experience/Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering is highly advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years experience in technical document writing/preparation
- Be a self-starter and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Knowledge of the mineral processing/mining industry
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office 365)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Indesign) and Salesforce (or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Current Rights to Work in Australia
